VATECH ENG announced on the last Wednesday(Oct.26.2016) that the company received " the Best Work Place for Women" award from Gyeonggido

VATECH ENG is one of eight subsidiaries of VATECH. Since 2010, the company provides a total engineering solution for medical equipment manufacturers. Annually, Gyeonggido Family and Women's Research Institute(GFWRI) selects companies in the region and award them for supporting 'mother-friendly' workplace. 

VATECH ENG was selected as a recipient  because the company not only created quality jobs for women but also adopted a number of 'mother-friendly' measures such as flexible working hours for mothers with young infants to help employees build their careers while nurturing their families

Meanwhile, VATECH Networks, the holding company of VATECH ENG also started an on-site daycare center in March of this year to help employees enjoy a work-life balance.

VATECH's spokesman said "Our company is planning to run more 'women-friendly' programs in future to create a better work environment for women and support employees with children."
